Multimedia NRW provides IT services, specifically consulting, development, design, programming, and support for IT and web solutions. The exact scope of services is determined by individual agreements, offers, or contracts.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

A contract is established through the written or verbal acceptance of an offer by the customer. All conditions and services are bindingly defined in separate offers or contracts.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Spandooly GmbH assumes no liability for damages resulting from the improper use of the provided services. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. DATA PROTECTION

Spandooly GmbH treats personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

German law shall apply. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
